Regular Commission
By commissioning me, you agree to and are bound to the following:
Providing a reference, unless discussed, a reference is necessary/ or description.I'll give a sketch, and can give lineart and flat color updates if requested.Major changes can only be asked for in the sketching phase.Minor/small details can be asked for in the lineart and colored phase.
Commission will not be started until I know the payment has been made.
The commission can be used for personal use only, commercial use is only allowed if discussed beforehand and commercial rights and fee has been paid.
(Commercial fee is only for merch using my art! You can obviously use any alerts/models for streaming. )
Live2D
By commissioning me, you agree to and are bound to the following:
Model ArtPlease provide a reference, with as much info on what is wanted for the model if for live2d art commission.I'll give a sketch, and can give lineart and flat color updates if requested.Major changes can only be asked for in the sketching phase.Minor/small details can be asked for in the lineart and colored phase.The selling of the model done without my permission is not allowed, please discuss with me before selling a model I drew.
RiggingThe model should be cut up ahead of time, I will not be making cuts to the model.
The file must be a psd file, if it is not a psd file please make it one or ask me to see if I am able to convert it myself.

Payment
Payments will be via Paypal/Kofi unless stated otherwise.
Payment will be given in partial or full, depending on the commission via the agreed upon payment before work is started.
Partial payment will only apply to a large commission/ a commission where partial payment was agreed upon. (Ex. A $3 icon will not be allowed partial payment, while a $100+ Rigging will be allowed partial payment.)
Money should be on hand, if no payment is made within 48hrs of the commission it will be canceled.
Once the commission has been confirmed and payment has been accepted, the order cannot be canceled.
This is a digital product so no shipping fee/address is needed.
Refund
A full refund will only be given if work hasn’t been done/started yet, after that a partial refund will only be given depending on the reason a refund is requested.
Other
Please don’t request updates on the daily, I will give updates if requested, but please wait at least a week before requesting for one.
Any use of my art for NFTs or promoting of them is not allowed.
Reposting of my art that is commissioned is allowed with credit to me.
I hold the rights to use the commissioned pieces anyway as I see fit. Such as a portfolio piece, an example for the type of commission, promoting myself,etc.
I will never use the piece for any merchandise or make more profit from it.
